Ken you might want to check Gizmo's Computers (they have a store on
Goldstream Ave, just near Millstream. Their CEO evidently runs Linux and
so is no "microserf". I found this out while inquiring about getting a
more compatible sound card installed than the VIA AC97 that is "standard
equipment" for a lot of generic PC's. The chap told me that his boss
runs Linux and so a Sound Blaster card should be a "plug and play
(woops, almost said plug and pRay!!) job.Don't know where their other
store is; and I'm going to be away almost all of January, back Feb. 2nd.
(with the groundhog. . .) so please don't ask me to do it!

Am looking forward to the newbie session wherever it's held; I have a
zillion questions!!!
