Indeed and there are those who maintain that this is a violiation of
International trade Law...
Mind you, you don't need to go to HK for a multiregion player, you can
buy them online: I did about 3 year ago, a multiregion,multiformat DVD
player, multiformat VCR and outboard video converter. I can now play
DVDs and tapes from anywhere in the world.
