This is my concern with the agreement. I don't think Canada
or anyone else has actually considered the technological
and corporate espionage angles of this.
Anyone can be held up at the border and can have their
stuff rifled in the name of 'IP Oversight'. The problem is,
this gives governments carte blanche to cherry pick and snoop data
on behalf of their own interests. Things could get rather
'theatrical' at border crossings for technical service companies.
