Not really.  Islandnet.com has been pretty good so far.  After
going from Telus to Primus to them, I'd rather not deal with a
really huge ISP again.  Before that was Island.net, which was
okay at first, but got much worse as they grew.

Island Net is actually slightly *less* reliable, but when
something does go wrong they admit it, and fix it in a hurry.

Skipped Shaw altogether, btw.  But your tales of talks with tech
support sound awfully familiar.
