I don't see the similarity... if Telus modified the firmware of my
phone so that it was no longer able to use the Call Waiting feature
then I could see the similarities. They are of course not modifying
your phone... whereas Shaw is physically altering the device.

I'm really in a bad mood toward Shaw anyways so the email they sent
out just fuelled my anger :-(
