I can't say I have had much in the way of trouble with NCIX, Atic, or 
any other retailers I've dealt with.

I also dotted my I's and crossed my T's with eg Atic -- at the time I 
didn't have a CC, so I got a price quote, then sent in a money order by 
registered mail. They shipped stuff out, and even sort of randomly 
upgraded some things.

I've had nothing but good experiences with NCIX thus far. I think both 
of them have cleaned up their acts considerably.
