That sounds very frustrating. Thanks for sharing your story.  How is
Linux running on it now?

Not that it should matter, but out of interest was it a preconfigured
setup or a customized configuration? Did you pay the $50 for "full
assembly and testing of the system"? I would ask for your money back
if you did.

Historically, NCIX hasn't been known for their service. Their sell has
always been the price.
