[Discuss] Answer for one question that came up at the VLUG meeting

At the VLUG meeting last night, Deid asked the meaning of the %si and
%st fields in the CLI header area for the "top" application.  That stumped
all of us.  However, today I found what those fields mean.

According to the Debian testing man page for top, those correspond to

         si  --  Software Interrupts
           The amount of time the CPU has been servicing software interrupts.

         st  --  Steal Time
           The amount of CPU 'stolen' from this virtual machine by the hypervi-
           sor for other tasks (such as running another virtual machine).

Thanks, Larry, for an interesting presentation on Linux hardware
diagnositics that lead to a lot of lively discussion from the audience.
