I also received it (I didn't notice where it came from) -- but it is no 
different really than the hundreds of such E-mails, most of which get 
picked up by the SPAM filters at my ISP on on my system. This one did 
get through, though. I think these spammers just set up automatic E-mail 
generating systems and let them run. Eventually, some will randomly 
create yours. However, I guess it is possible that somehow they got the 
E-mail list.
