Hello Peter, interesting topic...
I was checking on some forums, and as far as i could read... if
your kernel hasn't
the affinity support, you must patch it for yourself (yoooomiiiiiiii!!! :S).
When your kernel got the support, then you can think about try
something from the
command line as an script calling your applications.
