[Discuss] Konqueror & Dolphin

This can easily be changed via Kcontrol.

KDE Components -> File Associations

Expand `inode` and select `directory`

On the right hand side, move Konqueror to the top of the list, above Dolphin.

Click `Apply` and you're good to go.

I also do the same for `system_directory`.

This seems to be the default (using Dolphin) in the latest Kubuntu.
