[Discuss] the state of VLUG meetings at present

i'm from cuba and my english is not good enough...

we have a Free Software Group here and we meet once x month

We made some ideas and make they become true:

For example we planning the meeting and if we get lots of newcomers or 
newbie then we split the meeting in 2 sections
One OLD geek with the newbies and the others ones with the planning 
meeting, the central idea is don't make feel the newcomers like they are 
in another planet and start with a soft topic....

Is only an idea....
