On a related topic one of my motivations for trying Ubuntu is because I
mentioned to someone at the meeting that I couldn't get Firefox to work
with java plugins which are needed by some web sites and they suggested
that Ubuntu doesn't have this problem. Googling this problem seems to
suggest that it might also have a problem. Has anyone had a similar
experience or better still a solution?
