May I suggest therefore that the BOD gets together and re-books the the 
AGM for the December meeting and in the meantime talk to all potential 
volunteers so that decisions can be made.  It would be nice if a BOD 
member could attend tonight to explain to those that turn up exactly 
what the BOD is responsible for and how much work is involved?  If this 
is not possible then at least post some information on this list.  I am 
not talking about just formal job descriptions but some concept of the 
day to day or month by month tasks that have to be completed, in other 
words the work load that you are finding difficult to handle.
