	I sometimes see this on my own ThunderBird with access to my own 
server, which leads me to believe it's a ThunderBird issue. I dislike 
all the quirks in Apple's Mail.app, so I don't use it, plus ThunderBird 
is completely cross platform and totally portable (UFD access is great!).
	If you want to test another IMAP account, let me know and I can set you 
up with a mailbox on my server and/or a mailbox on the telus IMAP.
