[Discuss] NAT with real routable IP addresses?

I have a client who is running MS's ISA firewall and would like to
create an cpanel/whm/Linux based Virtual Hosting Server (VHS). They want
the server behind the firewall using NAT. However, cpanel/whm needs to
have the primary network interface assigned to the public, and routable
IP address and not an internal non-routable IP. Can NAT or MS's ISA
firewall route traffic from their external public IP (which is different
than the public IP for the VHS), to a internal server assigned a real
routable IP?

Or, can this be done by assigning the primary network interface the
routable public IP, and creating an alias to be used with an internal,
non-routable IP. They do not have a DMZ either.
