[Discuss] Doubled `confirm' message.

Maybe you already know about this.

It doesn't seem to do any harm, since both of the randomized hex
strings worked for confirmation [well okay; one worked, and the
other one said I was already subscribed].  I also got two copies
of the `account reminder' thing for another subscription; the
newbie list.

No biggie, just thought I should mention it.
