[Discuss] nokia n800

Hi everybody,

At the same time there was all the hype around the iphone, I decided
to order a Nokia N800. I got totally fed up with my ipaq (which
replaced a sony clie which died, the ipaq was in use less than 3
months). It is unbelivable it does not support searching the agenda!
And its screen sucks. And almost any application costs!

It arrived 2 days ago. Yesterday Nokia upgraded its firmware, and
today I was able to install skype in it. the new firmware supports 8
gigs SD cards. This means I can now have 16 gigs of memory in it.

I am totally impressed with the device. It is amazing to be able to
login to my n800 when it is in my pocket or backpack and copy/update
files via ssh/rsync. And there is nothing like running apt to install
applications :)

The web browser is very, very good (the n800 resolution's is 800x480,
almost twice the pixels of the iphone).
