[Discuss] Off site storage...

I have been searching for a small to medium size company in Canada that 
can handle off site data storage for a Fedora Core 5 server. You think 
it would be a simple script set up to gzip two directories and secure 
FTP it some place in Canada but apparently it is impossible for most 
companies to deal with and they demand a friken windows program do it. 
Does anyone have an alternative that does not require incredible sums of 
money... 300plus bux a month is not considered acceptable.
Ideas anyone?
