The actual goal? World domination? I don't have to act as an agent of 
VLUG, in case you haven't noticed; so I don't really have to follow the 
charter. If enough people think I'm lousy, the admins (which don't 
include you) can remove me from the mailing list.

No, I like to insult -you- because a) I get a rise out of you, and b) 
you piss me off with your holier-than-thou attitude. Insulting you never 
gets old.

Yeah, I was overly harsh -- I apologize to Murray for that. He has made 
real efforts, even if they weren't always in the right direction; and 
for that I congratulate him.

However, the reaction of VLUGgers was interesting. Every member except 
you (Murray included) took it more or less in stride as just another 
incident of me going off on a tangent (which I've done before), and that 
I'd probably come to my senses (more or less). You, on the other hand, 
took this as an opportunity to push your newbie-centric agenda, which 
alienates people with a lot of experience/knowledge.

You might want us to stick around; that is, unless you want a little 
flock of permanewbies you can shepherd.
