I've purposely waited a couple hours before replying in hopes that my
blood pressure might drop a bit after reading this inflammatory post.

Somebody is having some difficulty with their Linux install and is
asking for help in a forum that is set up for this purpose.

David, this does not give you the right to be a complete prick in
response.  You were a newbie once too and should know better.  It's a
pity that you seem to have forgotten.
