I have a disk, but I am in Northern Michigan for the next week, so that doesn't do you much good! You can download it and burn it onto a CD from the website:
http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/
You just make sure it is in your CD reader and that your BIOS is set to boot from CD and away you go. You don't need ANY OS on the computer. Of course, you will have to have access to a working computer (Windows or LINUX) with CD burner and software (I usually use K3b on LINUX or Nero on Windows, but almost anything will work).
