[Discuss] Results from VLUG's AGM

Hello Everybody,

First of all I would like to thank everyone who turned out to the AGM.
And also I would like to thanks all those who volunteered to help VLUG
as becoming a member of the Board of Directors. During the meeting the
follow people were elected to the Board of Directors for VLUG.

President - Brent Sirna
Vice President - Richard Leach
Secretary -  Joan Mcllmoyl Cleghorn
Treasurer - Richard Body
Membership - John Blomflied

Director at Large #1 - Larry Gagnon
Director at Large #2 - Andrew WIllard ( received by email after AGM )

After I got home after the AGM I called Andrew Willard our past
President to let him know the results of the AGM. I then received an
email from Andrew offering to fill the position of Director of Large #2.
As president of VLUG I accepted his offer for this position. 

During the meeting we had the following people sign up or renew their
membership in VLUG.

In closing I would just like to say that I think we have a fine Board of
Directories and hopefully we can raise the awareness of Linux and Open
Source in our community.
