Your local MP.
You also need to put it in writing.
I have it on good authority that anything that is
written (letters to govt. and opposition) gets way more attention than
email or phone calls.
Get your friends to write too.
Lobbying is about noise. You need to make a lot of noise.
The good thing about your position is that you have a great number of
social contacts who know you. Same with anyone else.
So, the trick is to get everyone else to *write* too. Maybe with
an open form letter. Make sure it goes to all sides of the house.
