Alan.

You've asked the same question twice, referring to the fact you can't afford
dreamweaver, etc...more than once.

We've given you a lot of helpful advice, and clearly you simply don't want
to take that advice, and you keep pushing dreamweaver.

You stated that you cannot afford dreamweaver, and you want someone to
basically purchase it for you, this is simply not going to happen alan.
We gave you multiple alternatives, and you decided to instead to hire
someone to come over and show you, instead of just spending the time to
learn it yourself.
If you want to make a living out of web design, there is no 'magic' program
that is going to do it for you.

You have to put in the time to learn it.
Most experienced and successful dreamwever users know how to code from
scratch, they just use dreamweaver as a tool to speed up their workflow, not
replace it.

Please don't ask for charity here, and please don't ask for help, then
completely ignore our advice.
