Not sure how you managed to install k3b without including the setup
tool that comes with it. According to one of my systems and the .deb
package details k3bsetup is supposed to be here /usr/bin/k3bsetup

Open up Adept Manager and look at the "installed files" tab for K3b. You
will clearly see the setup tool, it should be the fourth entry on the list.
