I'm not sure how many VLUG meetings you have attended in the past
while but without a presentation or some other pre-planned event
the meeting would be VERY short and rather quiet. Meeting attendees
have tended towards the strong silent type ;)  Although, we sometimes
get great questions from the audience during the question period.

Library? Not sure where you're going with this. Milling about is
certainly done... however I'm not sure people would show up to a
monthly meeting and mill-about for two hours just for something to do
on a Tuesday night, I could be wrong however.

p.s. We do have several presentations lined up for the next few months
but we could always use some new blood to step forward and show off
anything OpenSource that might interest the club.
