I will be their first BC customer. I've used them for some time while
living in Ontario and they have a rather clueful support staff. Then
again the only time I need tech support is when something is wrong on
their end, so I would probably not recommend them to my grandmother,
but I am assuming most on this list don't need handholding from their
ISP. Don't be dismayed by their crappy website, send them an email if
you're interested. I do find it interesting you have negative comments
about their website, you think the website(s) of Telus or Shaw are
better? Without trying, I doubt either of them are W3 compliant
either. $49.95/m 3M DSL with nothing blocked, try to find that locally
(I tried, hence this drawn out process that led me back to Teksavvy).
I'm not associated with them anymore than the fact I was a happy
unix/linux/bsd using customer, and I'm glad I can continue to use them
instead of the two greedy, restrictive (DSL and cable resectively)
monopolys here.
Whatever works for you.

 Cheers!
