[Discuss] Setting stuff up

Okay, so I'm trying to figure out how to change the port that I'm sending
email through.  I've got telus internet in my home but I don't use their
email services.  This wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that they
block all outgoing traffic on port 25 (smtp) that isn't going to their smtp
servers.  This is really messing me up.  IMAP and POP3 of couse work just
fine... email comes in... but I am unable to connect to any smtp servers.
Anyone know how to change the port that I send with.  Oh yeah, Ubuntu
Dapper, using Evolution... I don't really know how the back end all work so
I short little explanation of what software is getting changed and stuff
would be good ( as good or better would be a link ) but none of that is
really important, mainly just looking for a fix.  Thanks guys!
