WEAV, Web Enthusiasts Association of Victoria, is actually / normally:
Third Thursday of each month, 7pm at the Travelers' Inn, 1961 Douglas 
street (entrance on Discovery Street).

Whereas, "Fourth Tuesday of each month, 7PM at UVic" describes VOSSOC.

VMUG, http://vmug.bc.ca ,  is the "Second Wednesday of each month, 
7pm at the Trafalgar - Pro Patria Legion  411 Gorge Rd E .

VIATEC has monthly "Viafest" meetings about 8 months of the year, usually:
Fourth Thursday of each month, 5pm at Vancouver Island Technology 
Park, 4464 Markham Street

Note that pre-registration on the website for Viatec events is a good idea.

However, this month's meeting is a week early and is on Sept 21st 
thursday.  (But that doesn't conflict with WEAV since this month's 
WEAV was early as well, this last monday the 11th.)
