I'm willing to take on a position, but with a few qualifiers.  First I 
would only do it if no one else will.
I have no interest in standing for election.  Second I am not currently 
a paid up member although I
am willing to become one and have been one in the past.  Third I will 
not be in town for the meeting
tomorrow.
