Perhaps, but I think it is the correct one.  We should apply the same rules
for everybody.  I have seen time and again announcements of MS products that
will be available sometime in the future categorized (correctly I believe)
as vapourware since until the bits are publicly available you don't know
what you've got. I am applying this same criterion to this Open Document
Foundation's announcement since the plug-in is not publicly accessible
yet.
