I should add that while my power appears stable when it's there, it
frequently isn't there at all due to trees falling or people driving
into utility poles. Between November and April, MTBF ~ 4 weeks, MTTR ~
4 hours. That's the downside of Metchosin. UPSes essential. I'll get
a generator when I can afford one and the transfer switch.
