         We have fairly reliable power, but it is very "dirty" and it 
is always up and down. I've seen it as low as 113v and as high as 
129v. Get a UPS and after a week review the power log to see what 
your power has really been like. With power "dirty" like this, it 
wears down electronics faster than you think.
