3 years later, with SCO producing no evidence and it is finally thrown 
out!? IBM gave them the source, and in >2 years they weren't able to 
find one infringing piece of code? I'm glad to hear about the judges 
response. Of course SCO WILL appeal since this is how they are creating 
"value" for their stockholders.
