[Discuss] Secure, fast , free SMTP service ?

Dear list,

I have 3 email accounts. I use one of those as personal purposes, one for 
official reasons and the last one for subscribing to different mailing list, 
journal, news groups etc. Now a days most SMTP services don't support 
relaying to stop abusing. But I need a free SMTP which supports relaying so 
that I can use that common SMTP with all my 3 accounts. Could any one suggest 
any such free SMTP service ?

PS: I don't use the relaying support of gmail as it stores all outgoing mail 
to its send folder.
