[Discuss] courier imap shared folder setup

Hello all,

	I'm trying to setup shared folders with courier imap on ubuntu and 
according to the docs, i've done it right, but i get an error message in 
the logs stating syntax error on line 1.
	Currently, the /etc/courier/shared/index contains a single line with :

user at name gid uid maildir-path user-maildir-path

	The gid & uid are both the textual versions not the numerical. The 
maildir-path is like /var/spool/mail/virtualmail/domainname/ and the 
user-maildir-path is like /var/spool/mail/virtualmail/domainname/user.

	I followed the docs but it no worky. Any ideas? Here is the on-line
